What You’ll Do
- Deliver elevated, personalized services across cutting, color, styling, extensions & Brazilian Blowouts
- Execute thorough consultations using Aurea’s systems and service standards
- Build strong guest relationships and retention through consistent experiences
- Recommend treatments and retail using a solution-based approach
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Stay on time and manage your schedule effectively
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented salon environment
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed cosmetologist in the state of Texas
- Passion for the craft and commitment to continued growth
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Professional, polished, and style-conscious presence
- Emotionally intelligent and able to handle guest needs with confidence
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
- Accountability, consistency, and strong work ethic
Qualifications
- Active Cosmetology License (Required)
- 0–2+ years behind the chair (we hire for potential and experience)
- Strong foundation in customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training
Schedule Expectations
- Full-Time: 36 hours per week (4-day work week)
- Evening and Saturday availability required
Schedules are designed to support both the team and the guest experience.
