Job Summary
Valley View Health Center is seeking a full-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide high-quality primary care services at its Onalaska, Washington location.
The ARNP will work in a collaborative, team-based environment and provide comprehensive care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. This position offers a flexible full-time schedule, gradual patient-volume ramp-up, competitive compensation, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Schedule
Providers may choose one of the following full-time schedules:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
The onboarding process includes a gradual ramp-up beginning at approximately one patient per hour. Expected productivity following onboarding is approximately 18 patients per day.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and other members of the care team
- Coordinate patient care and referrals as appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Follow applicable clinical, organizational, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license
- Active DEA registration
- Ability to provide care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- At least one year of clinical experience
- Previous family practice, primary care, or community health experience
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Compensation
- $136,000–$151,000 annually, depending on experience
