Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to ensure our residential communities remain safe, functional, and inviting. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs efficiently to enhance resident satisfaction and uphold property standards. Your expertise in general plumbing, and facilities maintenance will contribute to creating a comfortable living environment for residents. Duties· Assist in maintaining cleanliness and maintenance in an interior and exterior areas of the property and proactively communicate any problems to the appropriate party. Examples of duties include:
-HVAC Knowlege
-Plumbing
-Picking up trash on the grounds
-Sweepings, blowing, or pressure washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
