About the Organization:
Lucy and Jane is a matcha brand built on care, consistency, and creativity. This fall and winter we’ll be opening the doors to our brand-new matcha pop-up at The Current in Boston Seaport, and we’re looking for warm, reliable, and community-minded individuals to join our team. Whether you're looking for part-time hours or a full-time role, we’ve got space for you.
You’ll be part of a small, friendly crew that makes every customer feel like they’ve stepped into their favorite friend’s home—serving up beautiful matcha drinks, pre-made bites, and thoughtful goods to take home.
Shift & Commitment:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Weekdays; 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday; 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday
(Minimum of 4 hours/day; up to 40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Making and serving matcha-based drinks
- Stocking shelves + maintaining displays
- Serving pre-made food items
- Keeping the space clean, welcoming, and beautiful
- Cashiering + handling customer transactions
- Rotating roles depending on the flow of the day
Who We’re Looking For:
- Warm and friendly energy
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience in food, drink, or retail is a plus, but not required
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced but calm environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love for people
