As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll help execute marketing initiatives, connect directly with customers, and represent Frontier by introducing products and services that create value for every interaction. Customer Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers through lead generation, research, referrals, and existing customer networks.
- Meet with customers face-to-face to introduce Frontier products, services, promotions, and benefits.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience and resolve outstanding issues.
- Complete sales transactions, enrollments, and required documentation accurately.
- Support team initiatives by contributing ideas and strategies to help achieve sales goals.
- Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen sales, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Represent Frontier with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate with teammates to create a positive work environment and drive overall team success.
Customer Sales Representative Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset.
- Comfortable building relationships and engaging with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
