Travel Phlebotomist - Night Shift | Olympia, WA | 13-Week Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Travel Phlebotomist to join the laboratory team at Providence Saint Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a phlebotomist with hospital experience who is comfortable working with patients of all ages in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience
- WA Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (WA MAP) certification required at the time of submission
- Current BLS certification
- Hospital phlebotomy experience preferred
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture using syringe and vacutainer techniques
- Collect blood specimens from neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Perform finger sticks and heel sticks as needed
- Ensure proper specimen labeling and post-collection care
- Maintain patient safety and specimen integrity while following hospital protocols
- Collaborate with laboratory and clinical staff to support quality patient care
Schedule & Assignment Details
- Night Shift: 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Must be flexible to work alternate shifts occasionally based on staffing needs
- No on-call required
- Floating may be required as needed

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
