Titan Cleaning Company is a growing commercial cleaning service proudly serving Crestview, Niceville, Defuniak Springs, Mossy Head, FWB and Destin, FL. We are known for delivering high-quality office cleaning services and building strong relationships with our clients. As we expand, we are looking for experienced, detail-oriented professionals to join our team and grow with us!
Pay : $20-25/hr based on experience. ( Gas Allowance weekly ) + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize office spaces: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces
- Maintain restrooms and restock supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Perform occasional deep cleaning (e.g., carpet cleaning, grout cleaning)
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Manage time effectively and work independently or in a team
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Experience with commercial cleaning preferred.
- Great time management skills and punctuality
- Available for evening shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and Punctual
- Must be local to Crestview, FL
- Willing to participate in ongoing training and skills development
Available Shifts :
Evening - 7-10pm ( 3 hour shifts )
Day Time - 10am - 4pm ( 6 hour shifts )
Open Shift - Flexible
Work Days : Mostly Weekdays, Some Weekends
PART TIME W2 EMPLOYEE - 3 Work Days or 5 Work Days
Must be Mobile Application Savvy : For Payroll, Scheduling and Communication
Dress Code & Standards:
- Branded Company Shirt (provided)
- Slip-resistant, closed-toe shoes required
- No shorts, leggings, or crop tops while on duty
- No headphones or earbuds (safety rule) during work hours
- Professional appearance and respectful conduct at all times
