Job Title: Event Lead Server & Bartender
Position Type: Part-Time / Event-Based
Pay Rate: $18 per hour + Tips
Position Summary:
We are seeking 2 experienced Event Lead Servers/Bartenders to support food and beverage service at both on-site and off-site events. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills. The Event Lead Server & Bartender will oversee service flow, assist with setup and breakdown, and lead support staff to ensure all event operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Set up food service and/or bar areas for events
- Serve food and beverages professionally during events
- Lead and support event staff during service
- Manage plated meal service flow and large buffet productions
- Ensure food and beverage stations remain stocked during events
- Pack event kits and pull necessary items prior to events, including chafers, plates, cups, and utensils
- Assist with loading and unloading event supplies
- Break down service areas after events
- Ensure all items are cleaned, restocked, and returned to original storage locations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Follow all food safety and service standards
Qualifications:
- Previous serving and bartending experience required
- Experience leading service staff preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy events
- Knowledge of plated meal and buffet service preferred
- Reliable transportation usable for events required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift and carry event supplies as needed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying event schedules
Compensation:
$18 per hour + Tips
