Pay: $11.00/hour after training

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Stocker/Retail Associate to join our team at our retail store in Downtown McAllen.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the store organized, well-stocked, and looking great for customers. The ideal candidate has previous retail or stocking experience and is comfortable helping with cashier duties when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the store
- Organize and arrange products neatly on shelves and displays
- Create clean, attractive, and easy-to-shop merchandise displays
- Keep shelves and sales areas organized and presentable
- Assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Operate the cash register and assist with cashier duties when needed
- Help maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Work as part of a team to keep daily store operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Experience with cashier duties is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Able to work efficiently in a busy retail environment
- Comfortable standing, moving merchandise, and staying active throughout the shift
Compensation
$11.00 per hour after training.
