Role Overview:
The BCBA conducts behavioral and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS), develops individualized treatment plans, and supervises technicians to ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and design ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Provide parent/caregiver training and support
- Oversee home programs and review session notes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
- Active Virginia license (Department of Health Professions)
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field
- Experience preferred but not required

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, availability between 9 AM–7 PM
