A lot of new life insurance agents don’t make it past their first year. It’s usually not because they can’t sell or communicate. It’s because most companies give them a license and then leave them on their own with no real guidance. We don’t operate that way. Our team trains with you, sits in real appointments with you, and gives you the kind of support that actually helps you build an insurance practice.
If you’re driven, coachable, and want a team that invests in your growth instead of throwing you into the deep end, you’ll fit in well here.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll meet with clients either virtually or in person. You’ll walk through simple, needs‑based insurance conversations using a clear appointment process. You’ll build and manage your own pipeline, stay consistent with follow‑ups, complete applications, and join weekly development sessions. During training, you’ll sit in joint appointments with experienced advisors so you can learn the process in real time.
What makes this role different
You get real field training instead of classroom theory. You get daily support while you build your pipeline. You follow a proven system instead of guessing. You get mentorship from people who have already built successful practices. You’re part of a team that actually shows up for you.
Who thrives here
People who have commission‑based sales experience. People who want mentorship and accountability. People who take ownership of their work. People who are coachable and want a long‑term career path. This is a professional sales role, not an hourly job.
Qualifications
One year or more of commission‑based sales experience. Ability to build and manage a pipeline. Life and Health license or willingness to obtain one. Strong communication skills. Professional, driven, and coachable.

Application Question(s):
- This career builds gradually over time, similar to real estate. It requires developing your own client base with full training and mentorship, and income grows as your skills grow. Are you willing to commit to a slow, steady ramp period in exchange for long‑term career upside?
