We’re seeking a dependable, hardworking Janitorial & Grounds Team Member to support the cleanliness, appearance, and day-to-day upkeep of our apartment community. In this role, you’ll help keep our property clean, safe, and welcoming by:
Cleaning common areas, hallways, offices, laundry rooms, and shared spaces
Picking up trash and maintaining exterior grounds and walkways
Assisting with vacant apartment clean-outs and unit preparation
Supporting lawn care and seasonal grounds upkeep
Monitoring property conditions and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
Assisting with light maintenance tasks and operational support as needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable and self-motivated
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to perform physical work including lifting, walking, bending, and standing
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Committed to safety and attention to detail
Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience is helpful, but not required
We value strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
