Front Cashier / Customer Service Associate – Yas Chicken

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments
- Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Package dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and beverage station clean and organized
- Restock cups, sauces, napkins, and other front-of-house supplies
- Assist with online and third-party delivery orders
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow food safety guidelines
- Work as a team to provide excellent customer service during busy periods
Qualifications
- Customer service or cashier experience preferred (restaurant experience is a plus)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Weekend and evening availability is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
