Absolute Hospitality Group is looking for a reliable and hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to support our hotel operations in San Antonio, TX. If you enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and keeping a property running smoothly, we want to meet you!
Hotel experience is a plus—but not required. If you have general building maintenance experience, we will train you on hotel-specific standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, etc.)
- Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks to keep the property in top condition
- Assist with room repairs, painting, and general upkeep
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
- Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or general repair work
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, professional, and guest-service focused
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
