We are currently hiring experienced HVAC Technicians, Journeymen, Foremen, and General Foremen for a large-scale commercial new construction project in Fremont, CA.
Candidates should have a strong background in commercial HVAC installation, including HVAC equipment, duct systems, piping, controls, start-up support, and mechanical systems on active construction sites. Leadership candidates should have experience supervising crews, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, AHUs, fan coil units, exhaust fans, VAV boxes, and related mechanical systems
- Install, connect, and support HVAC ductwork, refrigerant piping, condensate drains, and equipment accessories as required
- Perform equipment layout, installation, and mechanical connections according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications
- Assist with equipment start-up, testing, commissioning, and system troubleshooting
- Install HVAC controls components, thermostats, dampers, and air distribution devices
- Coordinate work with other trades to maintain project schedules
- Maintain OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Additional Responsibilities (Foreman & General Foreman)
- Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews
- Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower
- Monitor productivity, quality, and project milestones
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and jobsite logistics
- Communicate with project management, superintendents, and other trades
Qualifications
- Journeyman-level commercial HVAC installation experience required
- Experience installing commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems
- Foreman: Previous experience leading commercial HVAC installation crews
- General Foreman: Proven experience managing multiple crews on large commercial or industrial projects
- Commercial new construction experience required
- Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications
- Experience with RTUs, AHUs, VAV systems, fan coil units, exhaust systems, and HVAC controls preferred
- OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred for leadership roles)
- Reliable transportation

Compensation
- Pay: $45.00–$55.00 per hour (DOE)
