Helping Youth with Disabilities Prepare for Work and Life
As a Transition Specialist, you’ll help high school students with disabilities prepare for life after graduation. You’ll guide them through career exploration, job readiness, and real-world experiences that build confidence and independence. You’ll be part coach, part mentor, and part connector—helping students see what’s possible and take steps toward their future.
This role is a great fit for people who know how to lead, coach, or support others—especially if you’ve guided others through big decisions, or worked day-to-day in fast-paced environments. Whether you’re starting or continuing a career in education or human services, or bringing strong experience from another setting, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed and grow in your own career. If you want work that’s active, meaningful, and makes a difference every day, we want to hear from you.
