Available part-time and full-time positions for Programs Assistants and Program Specialists are based in our recently-redesigned state of the art program sites as well as in the community. Successful candidates will be responsible providing community and/or home supports to consumers.
Full-time benefits include 100% agency-paid health insurance, dental, LTD, and life insurance premiums with no employee contribution required, a generous PTO accrual, 401k company match, tuition reimbursement, as well as other benefits including all paid major holidays. Requirements: We have available positions that require a high school diploma and others that require a Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree (or minimum of 60 hours of related college-level courses). Strong communication and organizational skills and an acceptable driving record required. Successful candidates will have a collaborative spirit. DSP certification preferred, but we will train. A background check is required for all candidates hired for any postion within the agency.
These are Monday-Friday positions with no weekends or evenings required.
