Jenny’s Baked at Home Company is looking for a motivated, independent Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador to help grow our presence throughout New York.
This role is a mix of sales, account management, store visits, pop-ups, brand education, and relationship building. The right candidate should be comfortable working independently, staying organized in the field, and meeting clear sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with dispensaries and retail accounts throughout New York.
Conduct sales outreach, follow-ups, and reorder conversations.
Schedule, attend, and run in-store pop-ups and brand activations.
Educate store staff and customers on Jenny’s products.
Track visits, account feedback, sales opportunities, and inventory needs.
Meet assigned sales goals, quotas, and performance expectations.
Travel throughout New York for store visits, pop-ups, sales meetings, and account support.
Represent Jenny’s professionally in stores and public-facing settings.
Qualifications:
Sales experience required.
We welcome candidates from cannabis or other sales-driven industries, including retail, hospitality, wholesale, CPG, field sales, events, promotions, or other customer-facing roles.
Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable working without constant supervision.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage a changing schedule.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, competitive market.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must be prepared to meet sales quotas and performance expectations.
Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends depending on pop-ups and store needs.
Compensation:
This is a full-time hourly position at $25.00 per hour, plus 5% commission on qualified sales. Strong performers may have the potential to earn $100,000+ annually, depending on sales performance. Commission eligibility and payment terms will be reviewed as part of the employment agreement.
