About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation team. Working in a collaborative outpatient setting, you'll treat a diverse patient population while contributing to high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, posture, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to achieve rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Promote a safe, organized, and patient-focused treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
