This position is 1st Shift. 7am-4pm
On-Site Means they will be working at a Customer Facility.
Responsibilities include the ability to make a quick assessment of a problem, identify additional information required, understand the resources available, compare the urgency of the issue to other failures/issues, and to take the understanding of these parts and create a path for troubleshoot and/or correction and final resolution. Then it is required to be able to communicate this plan to a cross functional team with diverse backgrounds. And lastly to continue to drive updates and status of this plan along the way.
Key deliverables for this role
- Change documentation preparation and presentation
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Own and manage an issue project to completion
Required Skill Sets:
· Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, etc.
· Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have)
· Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware
· Background in designing electronic or electro optical subsystems, including circuit design, assembly processes, and fabrication practices
· Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across electrical design, simulation, and measurement domains
· Experience with subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies
· Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing technical guidance, coordination, and project oversight Day-to-Day Responsibilities (3–5 bullets max)
· Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions
· Maintain and update technical drawings and documentation, including preparing change packages for review boards
· Diagnose hardware failures using a range of electronic test equipment and analysis tools
· Evaluate defect and yield data to drive process improvements and reduce recurring failures
· Collaborate with suppliers, create Statements of Work, and support general electrical engineering activities in production environments
· Years of Experience Required (if any): a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience
· Education Level Required: Bachelors in electrical engineering or similar

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
