Location: Bronde and Mane Salon – Westchase, Florida
Compensation: Hourly Pay + Commission on Product Sales & Upsells + Monthly Marketing Bonus (up to $500)
Are you friendly, stylish, and have a passion for beauty, customer service, and content creation? Bronde and Mane, Westchase’s premier boutique salon, is looking for a Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator to elevate our client experience and help drive our brand both in-salon and online.
Your Role:
- Be the welcoming face of the salon – greet every guest and create a luxury experience
- Build relationships through genuine conversation and high-end service
- Take quality photos and videos of services, stylists, and salon moments for social media
- Assist with booking appointments, managing the schedule, and responding to inquiries
- Promote and upsell retail products and services (commission earned!)
- Maintain inventory and restock products biweekly
- Keep the front desk and salon area clean, organized, and photo-ready
- Help the team where needed with light salon tasks
You Are:
- Have Marketing and/or content creation experience
- A people person with strong customer service skills
- Passionate about content creation and social media (especially Instagram + TikTok)
- Comfortable using a smartphone or camera for photos/videos
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Experience in a salon or retail setting is a plus, but not required
