Residential Grading Equipment Operator
Drake Land Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Residential Grading Equipment Operator to join our growing team. We specialize in residential site development, including house pads, driveways, drainage work, stucco grades, and final grading.
Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steers and other grading equipment safely and efficiently.
- Build house pads to grade and specifications.
- Cut and shape driveways.
- Perform final grading and site preparation.
- Assist with drainage and erosion control work.
- Load, unload, and transport equipment when needed.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Work alongside crew members and assist with general labor tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating grading and earthmoving equipment.
- Ability to read grade stakes and work from site plans.
- Experience hauling equipment and trailers is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor when not operating equipment.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
