Lead: III Reports To: Crew Lead / Field Supervisor
Summary
The Working Lead performs a variety of construction tasks with minimal supervision and supports the crew with hands-on work. This role may also involve mentoring newer laborers and assisting with job site organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled labor tasks (e.g., framing, concrete, demolition)
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist in setting up and cleaning job sites
- Follow instructions from supervisors and leads
- Mentor entry-level laborers
- Identify and report safety hazards
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of construction experience
- Familiarity with construction tools and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
