The dishwasher is in charge of the BOH cleanliness. This includes washing dishes through dish machines and/or by hand. Additional responsibilities include throwing out the trash and additional kitchen cleaning. Must have a neat appearance and recent dishwashing experience in a fast-paced environment. Must be punctual, reliable, organized, hardworking, able to follow instructions and a schedule. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently. Must be able to stand, walk and lift for hours at a time.
