Stationary Engineer – Food Manufacturing

Pay: $50.00 per hour + overtime, shift differential, cold premium pay & annual bonus

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, HVAC systems, compressors, pumps, refrigeration systems, and other utility equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimise downtime.
- Monitor utilities systems to maximise reliability, efficiency, and energy performance.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with OSHA, EPA, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to support plant operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Stationary Engineer, Utilities Technician, or Industrial Maintenance professional.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, compressors, pumps, and utility systems.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
- Ability to read technical documentation and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
