We are seeking a reliable and energetic Day-of Wedding Coordinator to join our team on a contract, on-call basis. As a key member of our event staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' wedding days run seamlessly from setup through teardown. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable traveling between Sarasota and Clearwater.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee event execution from initial setup to final teardown.
- Capture event highlights and behind-the-scenes content via mobile phone.
- Provide friendly, professional support to couples and guests throughout the day.
- Multitask effectively to handle the fast-paced demands of wedding events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the hospitality or events industry.
- Ability to stand for long hours and handle physically active event days.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel throughout the Sarasota to Clearwater area.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) to assist with event documentation.
- A friendly, positive, and proactive demeanor.
