Black Clover is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at our Sandy, Utah facility. In this role, you will manage receiving, inventory, picking/packing, and shipping processes, leading a team of 30-35 warehouse associates to ensure orders go out accurately and on time while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory control, order picking/packing, and shipping Supervise, schedule, and develop a team of 30-35 warehouse associates Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation Utilize NetSuite WMS to manage wave releases, picking, and order fulfillment workflows Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on schedule to meet customer and wholesale deadlines Coordinate with purchasing, fulfillment, and customer service teams to resolve inventory or shipping discrepancies Maintain compliance with safety protocols and warehouse best practices Manage relationships with carriers and freight/shipping vendors Track and report on warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency) Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Manage equipment maintenance and warehouse facility upkeep
Qualifications: 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, ideally in apparel, retail, or e-commerce fulfillment Experience with a WMS or ERP system (NetSuite experience a strong plus) Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing a team Solid understanding of inventory control, logistics, and shipping processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Forklift experience/certification a plus Ability to lift and move product as needed
Schedule & Pay: Full-time position (Monday-Friday schedule) Salary, depending on experience
