Position: Loan Officer Assistant
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

What You’ll Do
- Connect with pre-qualified, interested homebuyers
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Ask key questions to help determine loan eligibility
- Transfer qualified clients to licensed Loan Officers
- Learn the full mortgage lifecycle (application → closing)
- Develop sales, communication, and financial skills
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & people skills
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Interest in building a career in sales or finance
Preferred (Not Required)
- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
- College degree
- Interest in becoming a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
- NMLS license not required (we train you)

Pay: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
