Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty services including hair styles and cutting.
- Manage client schedule and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure client safety.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional advice, and creating a positive salon experience.
- Manage retail sales through upselling products like hair care items, cosmetics, and styling tools while educating clients on their benefits.
- Assist with store management tasks such as front desk duties, appointment scheduling, and inventory management.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques, barbering skills like straight razor shaves, and overall salon operations.
- Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, coloring techniques based on color theory, and new beauty treatments to offer innovative services.
Experience
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in cosmetology or barbering.
