The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is comfortable working in both the back office and the front office. This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys patient care and chairside assisting, but who also finds satisfaction in the "puzzle" of scheduling, insurance, and billing. You'll be cross-trained to move fluidly between both roles as needed, keeping the practice running smoothly day to day.

- Morning huddle at 7:45 AM; last patient seen at 4:00 PM
- Flexibility required on Mondays to support emergency patients as needed
What You'll Do
Back Office / Clinical:
- Greet and prepare patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for
- Set up and break down treatment rooms between patients
- Take dental X-rays as needed
- Assist the doctor chairside during procedures
- Sterilize instruments and equipment before and after each patient visit
- Take initiative to maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout all treatment rooms
Front Office / Administrative:
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Discuss treatment finances and payment options with patients
- Manage collections and patient account follow-up
- Answer patient questions regarding insurance coverage and billing
- Support general front-desk operations as needed
On-the-job training will be provided for front-office insurance and financial procedures.

- A true team player willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Comfortable being cross-trained across both front and back office roles
