Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information
- Assist clients with shipping needs, copies, faxing, laminating, etc. and finger printing
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer support quality
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English and at least one additional language is preferred
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products/services when appropriate
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience with outbound calling, client services, or customer support environments is a plus
- Demonstrated analysis skills to identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances your candidacy significantly
