- Support crowd control efforts by guiding attendees and managing entry points efficiently
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries or concerns, escalating issues when necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of event spaces to identify hazards or maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the event run seamlessly from start to finish
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during events
- Must have own reliable transportation to transport event items
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Reliable and punctual with excellent teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours based on event schedules
- Prior experience in customer service or event support is a plus but not required
