The attorney candidate should be able to:
- Represent lenders in regard to real property foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy and general property laws.
- Review changes to statutes and case law.
- Attend court hearings and trials.
- Provide legal guidance and support.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years litigation experience.
