Sacred Heart School in Polonia (Custer), Wisconsin, is seeking a faith-filled, mission-driven, and innovative educational leader to guide our 4K-6 grade school community. For 150 years, Sacred Heart has been dedicated to cultivating a family-oriented environment with small class sizes and exceptional Catholic education. Duties
Key responsibilities are to oversee the daily administration of the school, promote Catholic identity and values to foster a safe gospel-centered environment, collaborate with the parish pastor to enhance school visibility, efficiency, and enrollment, play a key role in developing a long-term plan for school growth, and substitute teach as needed to support instructional goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred, or willing to work toward one within three to five years)
- Wisconsin DPI Licensure (or ability to qualify for one)
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience preferred
- Preference will be given to a practicing Catholic living in harmony with Catholic spiritual and moral teachings.
