The Opportunity
This is a true outside sales role.
You won't inherit a book of business, and you won't be handed a stack of warm leads. You'll build your own territory by meeting people, opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing new business.
Most of your time will be spent in the field talking with restaurant owners, chefs, general managers, hotel managers, and other decision-makers.
If you like meeting new people, enjoy the challenge of earning business, and want a role where your income is tied directly to your performance, you'll fit in well here.
What Success Looks Like
- Build your own pipeline through in-person prospecting, cold calls, networking, and email
- Walk into restaurants, hotels, and resorts to introduce yourself and start conversations
- Schedule meetings and present solutions that make sense for each customer
- Manage every opportunity from first conversation through signed Service Agreement
- Stay organized, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow through on commitments
- Manage your territory like it's your own business

- Base salary + vehicle allowance + cell phone allowance + uncapped commission

- You have experience in outside sales, D2D sales, B2B sales, route sales, hospitality, uniforms, linens, facility services, or restaurant operations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
