Fiesta Auto Group is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive individual to join our internal operations team as a Recon Advisor. This behind‑the‑scenes role is essential to keeping the movement of vehicles between our dealerships and the Recon Center running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
This position does not interact with customers. Instead, it works closely with delivery drivers, technicians, car lot managers, and detailers to ensure every vehicle moves through the service and reconditioning process without delays.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle movement between dealerships and the Recon Center to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Communicate internally with delivery drivers, technicians, lot managers, and detailers to relay updates and resolve bottlenecks.
- Track vehicle status through each stage of service, detailing, and reconditioning.
- Monitor schedules to ensure vehicles are completed and returned to the lot on time.
- Identify and resolve delays or operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems, logs, and workflow tools.
- Support quality flow by ensuring vehicles meet internal standards before returning to the lot.
- Assist with internal coordination of technician workload, detailing timelines, and driver routing.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive service operations, lot management, or internal coordination (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with internal teams
- Dependable, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to complete a pre‑employment drug screen

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
