Expeditor Responsibilities:
Assemble guest orders quickly, accurately, and consistently
Sauce, cut, wrap, and bag sandwiches and sides to Eggman standards
Ensure all items are included and prepared correctly according to the ticket
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Communicate clearly and efficiently with cooks and front of house team members
Catch and correct mistakes before orders leave the kitchen
Work efficiently during high-volume rushes while staying detail-oriented
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized stations throughout shifts
Follow recipes, packaging standards, and portioning procedures
Run food out and hand-off orders to guests and drivers
Support kitchen operations wherever needed during shifts
Handle food safely and follow all sanitation standards
Represent the Eggman brand, culture, and values at all times
Stay dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
