The Inventory Control Tech supports production by accurately pulling, staging, and putting away materials in accordance with production schedules and standard work. This position ensures materials are available at the right time and location to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations at THK Manufacturing of America (TMA).

Qualifications:
- Ability to learn material flow, locations, and standard work within a 3-month orientation period.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus).
- Basic computer or scanning system experience helpful.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously and 100+ lbs with assistance.
