Keystone Allergy & Asthma Center Exton, PA is seeking a meticulous, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing specialty practice as an Allergy Immunotherapy Technician.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys precision, organization, and working in a professional medical environment. The technician will work closely with the physician to prepare personalized allergy immunotherapy extracts while following strict safety and quality protocols.

Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 10–12 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Prepare individualized allergy immunotherapy extract vials according to physician orders
- Follow detailed protocols for sterile and aseptic preparation techniques
- Verify patient prescriptions, extract selection, concentrations, lot numbers, and expiration dates
- Maintain accurate preparation records and documentation
- Organize and maintain allergy extract inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Label, store, and handle allergy extracts according to clinic policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant mixing environment
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work directly with the physician regarding prescriptions, protocols, and patient-specific treatment plans
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office, pharmacy, laboratory, allergy practice, or other healthcare setting is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written protocols and precise instructions without deviation
- Strong sense of accountability and professionalism
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the physician
- Experience with sterile or aseptic techniques is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
