About the Role
As an HVAC Field Operations Lead, you will serve as a mentor and technical authority, guiding a team of technicians to deliver exceptional residential and commercial climate control solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring that every service call is executed with precision, safety, and a focus on long-term system performance.
Responsibilities-
Direct field operations by providing hands-on technical guidance and leadership to service technicians.

Monitor daily job performance to ensure all installations and repairs meet high-quality standards and efficiency targets.

Facilitate ongoing professional development and technical training to elevate the collective skill set of the service team.

Champion a culture of safety by enforcing rigorous adherence to all industry and company-mandated safety protocols.

Manage complex service schedules, ensuring timely resolution of client issues while maintaining clear communication across the team.

Apply deep technical expertise in hydronics, ductless systems, high-velocity units, and conventional HVAC setups to troubleshoot challenging field issues.

Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

7+ years of comprehensive field experience in residential and commercial HVAC service.

2+ years of proven experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.

Valid EPA Certification, including A2L refrigerant handling.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and meet strict project timelines.

Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Active NATE Certification.

Advanced coursework in leadership or labor management.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring junior staff.
