Responsibilities
Perform routine landscape maintenance such as mowing lawns, trimming trees and bushes, and applying horticultural practices to promote plant health. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures with precision and care. Help with general site cleanup, debris removal, and ongoing maintenance to uphold high standards of quality. Occasionally, you will assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers to bring outdoor visions to life.
Requirements
Previous experience or familiarity with landscaping tasks such as lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is required—irrigation training will be provided! Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools, power tools, or small construction equipment like excavators is a plus. Basic understanding of horticulture principles and tree care techniques will support your success in this role. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols. Strong work ethic and reliability with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills. Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials, operating machinery, and standing for extended periods. We require a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Experience driving truck and trailer is helpful for transporting equipment or materials between sites.
