- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage incoming calls efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
-Knowledge of insurance verification preferred
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
