Our mission is to help every customer feel confident and beautiful through high-quality hair solutions. We’re looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our team part-time!
Job Overview
We’re seeking someone who is not only skilled in sales and content creation but also a wig user who understands the beauty and versatility of wigs from personal experience. You will be responsible for producing engaging, authentic, and educational content for our Instagram and TikTok platforms that reflects our brand’s voice and style.
What you’ll do
Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers and provide a warm in-store shopping experience.
- Assist customers with wig selection, styling recommendations, and product education.
- Answer customer questions and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Process in-store purchases and maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays.
- Help organize in-store events, promotions, and customer appointments when needed.
Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit creative video and photo content featuring wigs and styling tutorials
- Stay updated on social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant managing content on IG, Tiktok, and live streaming
- Engage with our community online through comments, DMs, and live sessions
- Collaborate with our team to develop content strategies and campaigns
- Contact with other influencer and do promoting for us.
Qualifications
- Must be a wig user (essential)
- Proven experience creating engaging social media content (please share your portfolio or social links)
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Creative, reliable, and comfortable being on camera
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with customers.
- Familiar with TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Able to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
- Previous retail, sales, or content creation experience is preferred but not required.
Located in or near Chicago, IL (South Loop preferred)
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time: approx. 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
