We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. Position Type: Part-Time
Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $16.00
Must be available: Sun-Tues 7:45am-3pm
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation/Childcare Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and a proven ability to create and implement engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a safe, fun, and engaging place for children 6 months – 7 years old.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized space.
- Check and respond to registration requests regularly and maintain reservation records.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in administering effective behavior management techniques.
- CPR and first aid certified preferred (we can offer this)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting and carrying materials and small children.
