Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day boutique operations, including customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Provide personalized fittings and consultations to women who have undergone mastectomy surgery, ensuring they feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful.
-Provide personalized fittings and consultations to men and women experiencing lymphedema
- Collaborate with our skilled team of professionals to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that our boutique reflects our commitment to inclusivity and body positivity.
- Continuously learn about new products, trends, and advancements in the field to provide the most up-to-date information and options for our customers.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for helping women regain confidence and embrace their bodies after mastectomy surgery.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Empathy, patience, and a caring approach to understanding individual needs.
- Dependability and the willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer expectations.
- Previous experience in retail, or healthcare is a plus, but not required.

-Able to obtain a Certified Mastectomy Fitter certification within 6 months of hire. Training is provided on site and certification is paid for.
