Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and mulching to enhance the beauty and health of outdoor spaces
- Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers.
- Identify various plants, shrubs, and trees to ensure proper care and pest management practices are followed
- Follow strict safety protocols during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and promote a safe work environment
- Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to maintain accessible pathways and driveways
- Lead or support team members in completing daily tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Experience
- Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, plant identification, pesticide management, and irrigation systems is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and snow plowing machinery is a plus
- Ability to operate grounds equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment maintenance and repair is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
- Leadership experience is advantageous for those interested in the Crew Leader position but not mandatory for Crew Members

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
