Dunyasi Ventures is hiring a professional and reliable Interviewer to join our team and conduct initial screening interviews with prospective candidates. This role is execution‑focused, highly structured, and critical to our growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial candidate screening interviews via video
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates
- Take accurate, structured interview notes
- Maintain punctual, reliable interview schedules
- Represent Dunyasi professionally in every interaction
- Ad hoc operational support
Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
- Associates Degree in a field
- Comfortable conducting video interviews
- Professional, quiet, well‑lit interview environment
- Strong reliability and accountability
- Experience in phone‑based or customer‑facing roles
- Must have your own laptop with a camera
Compensation & Structure
- $15–$20/hour
- Core hours: 9:00 am–4:00 pm CST
- 20-30 hours a week with the opportunity to go full-time.
