Executive Housekeeper
Sitio El Tropicano | San Antonio, Texas
At Sitio El Tropicano, we create experiences that feel warm, vibrant, and unforgettable. Rooted in the spirit of the River Walk and inspired by the culture, color, and rhythm of South Texas, our hotel is a place where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable throughout every part of their stay.
This is more than a housekeeping leadership role. It is an opportunity to help shape the cleanliness, comfort, rhythm, and pride of a newly renewed San Antonio hotel. As Executive Housekeeper, you will build the standards, team habits, and service culture that ensure every guestroom and public space feels cared for, polished, and ready to welcome our guests. We are looking for someone who is excited to lead with warmth, accountability, and pride while helping bring the spirit of El Tropicano to life.
