This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional with expertise supporting complex litigation , employment, EH&S, and eDiscovery matters . As legal technology, AI, and data-driven workflows continue to transform the legal industry, you will play an important role in supporting a broad range of legal matters and managing critical eDiscovery activities across multiple practice areas.
You will work directly with attorneys, business clients, outside counsel, eDiscovery service/technology providers , and other Legal & Compliance Capability team members to manage matters throughout the lifecycle , including litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory-related work. This role offers the opportunity to apply matter management expertise , leverage evolving technologies, and help deliver efficient, defensible, and business-focused legal outcomes.

What You Will Do

Provide legal support across litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, regulatory, and other legal matters, partnering with business clients, attorneys, outside counsel, and other Legal Capability team members.
- Take primary responsibility for select legal matters, partnering directly with attorneys and outside counsel on matter strategy, witness preparation, mediation support, risk assessment, and resolution recommendations
- Manage legal matters and associated eDiscovery activities, including data preservation, collection, data analytics, review, and attention to the needs of litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory and production
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders , outside counsel, and service providers to develop practical, defensible, and cost-effective approaches to eDiscovery and information management challenges.
- Conduct investigations, witness interviews, legal research, and fa ct analysis in support of litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Participate in and provide support for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including preparation of exhibits, case materials, and litigation support resources.
- Apply legal technology, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and innovative workflows to improve discovery outcomes, manage risk, and increase operational efficiency.
- Experiment with and contribute to alternative and transformative work models, including the use of technology and data-driven insights to optimize legal processes.
- Apply strong critical thinking, sound judgment, a growth mindset, and a collaborative approach to effectively support complex legal matters and team objectives .
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience supporting complex legal matters in a law firm or corporate legal department setting, including litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, or regulatory matters; witness interviews; witness preparation; and support for matter st rategy.
- Experience managing discovery in litigation matters, including eDiscovery tools.
- Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, solve complex problems, and adapt to evolving technologies and ways of working.
- Interest in applying emerging technologies, analytics and AI enabled tools to improve legal workflows and discovery outcomes.
What Will Put You Ahead

5+ years of experience supporting complex legal matters, including litigation and eDiscovery , in a law firm, corporate legal department, legal services provider, or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or complex discovery matters involving significant data volumes and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with outside counsel, alternative legal service providers, and technology vendors.
- Proven success implementing process improvements and innovative approaches.
- Trial experience, including exhibit preparation, court filings, deposition designations, witness coordination, attendance at trial, and war room preparation.
- Experience with international arbitration and/or cross-border discovery matters.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies to optimize legal workflows, enhance eDiscovery processes, and leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and operational transformation within legal teams.
For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000- $115,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
