Job Summary:
The new OCM Lead role has been created to lead the people side of change across key business transformation initiatives for Finlays Solutions in the US. Based at the Illinois headquarters, the role supports the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the harmonization of Sales and Go-to-Market processes, and organizational design changes. Working closely with HR, Strategy, and IT project leaders, the OCM Lead will drive effective change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption while ensuring alignment with global standards and consistent governance across the transformation portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of OCM activities across key projects.

Support the development of the Organizational Change Management strategy and the associated change planning.

Track project progress relating to OCM tasks, monitor timelines, and highlight risks or issues to the project managers

Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

Organize and attend OCM meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.

Develop and support the Training Strategy and Plan including the training of new users and SME’s.

Work closely with HR to tie joiner/leaver/mover process to D365 role assignation and associated training needs

Help ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes.

Support the local SME’s guiding them through the key project phases and striving for quality and completion across all project deliverables.

Support the communications, training, engagement and adoption activities across the OCM plans, supporting and encouraging the teams as they change behavior and learn new ways of working.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Degree or equivalent qualification in business, IT, Communications or OCM (desirable).

Experience: Previous exposure to Communications, Change Management, Training or IT/business change projects.

Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks.

Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of enterprise systems; interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP’s and digital transformation projects.

Personal Attributes: Proactive, collaborative, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Capable of safely lifting up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day; ability to handle heavier items with proper lifting equipment or team-assisted techniques to ensure safety

Employees must be able to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment that may include exposure to odors, dust, moderate noise levels, and fluctuations in temperature and ventilation

Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times, which may include but is not limited to: safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, hairnets, uniforms, and face shields, as required by specific job duties and safety protocols
